4. When we've perfected your custom-tailored program, we deliver services to your organization. 
5. We provide communications vehicles to get others in your organization on the same wavelength. 
6. We work with you to put in place systems to monitor progress to ensure that results are achieved.
7. We check back with you at intervals to be sure progress is being made. 
8. At completion, we mutually evaluate the success of the project and assess how it has met your desired outcomes.
