Marcelene H. Anderson, MA, CMC
Strategist, Implementation Expert, Skilled Facilitator, Instructional Designer and Author
As president and founder of Raven Strategic Consulting, Marcelene Anderson is on the “leading-edge” of strategy development and execution. She has worked with management teams in private and not-for-profit organizations to achieve performance results that are aligned with strategic business priorities.
Clients who have benefited from Marcelene’s services include Ericsson Canada, IBM Canada, Merck Frosst Canada, Sun Media Corporation, Merck Frosst, Bank of Montreal, CN, CreeCo., Moose Cree First Nation, and Kahnawake Economic Development Commission, and many others.
She was a partner with the Haines Centre for Strategic Management. Prior to forming Raven in 1983, Marcelene was a Management Consultant and Principal with KPMG, where she specialized in Change Management and Training Services and worked with a wide range of corporate and public organizations.
Marcelene has a Masters of Arts in OD ⁄ Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Sociology and Psychology from Minnesota State University.
She has a Gold Mastery Certification in Strategic Planning, Systems Thinking and Strategic Management from the Haines Centre for Strategic.
Marcelene is a member of the New Mangagement Network, an affiliation of global senior consultants. Member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
Marlene Durrell, MED, CHRP, PCC
Marlene brings expertise from her 20 plus years of Senior HR experience and 10 years as an executive coach and organizational consultant. Her clients include consumer products, pharmaceutical, publishing, real estate and professional services firms.
Marlene has a Masters degree in Education and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She is a member of the International Coaches Federation and a Coach Training Leader for Corporate Coach U International.
Marlene is the former Chair of ACCORD (Association of Creative Change and Organizational Development) a professional organization for experienced organizational development professionals. She is also a professional certified coach on faculty with Corporate Coach U providing coach training to individuals worldwide. Her coaching experience includes working with individuals from the manager to the CEO level.
Don Fowke, FCMC
Strategy formulation, business planning, consensus building, facilitation, implementation, organization design and development, corporate culture, executive team building, talent pool assessment, succession planning, executive Enneagram, forum facilitation and retreats, board governance.
Mr. Fowke holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and an S.M. from M.I.T.’s Sloan School of Management. He has served as visiting scholar at the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Fowke was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hickling-Johnston Limited for ten years and a Managing Director of William M. Mercer Limited for five. He is a Professional Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Ontario. He was, for 12 years, a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, and is currently a member of the World Presidents’ Organization.
Bud Morris
John Bud Morris is Chief Executive Officer of the Kahnawake Economic Development Commission, an organization mandated to invest in opportunities, people and small businesses for the benefit of the Mohawk People of Kahnawake. Prior to his current position, Bud launched the $1.6 billion Aboriginal Human Resource Development Strategy in 1999 as a Director General for Human Resources Development Canada.
Previous to that, he served as an Executive Director to the Lower Nicola Indian Band from 1996 to 1998. From 1987 to 1995, he was the Executive Director to the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake and served two terms as an elected chief.
