As president and founder of Raven Strategic Management, Marcelene Anderson is on the “learning-edge” of strategic management process and execution. She has had the opportunity to work with management teams at all levels in private and not-for-profit organizations to achieve performance results that are aligned with strategic business priorities. Clients who have benefited from Marcelene’s services include Ericsson Communications Canada, IBM Canada, Merck Frosst Canada, Sun Media Corporation, Novartis and CN.
Prior to forming Raven in 1983, Marcelene was a Management Consultant and Principal with KPMG, where she specialized in Change Management and Training Services and worked with a wide range of corporate and public organizations.
Marcelene has a Masters of Arts in OD ⁄ Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Sociology and Psychology from Minnesota State University.
